These instructions are for when you purchase Pets & products from the TamedPets.com Website, all orders will be negotiated by dealing in direct. 

• We are currently shipping Pets & Accessories within India only, however if you require products sent offshore please make contact with us to discuss further.
• We take utmost care on their travel to give hassle-free, worry-free, safe journey of your pet & accessories.
• We transport the pets in customized "Pet-Friendly" cages and boxes to double check on their safety.
• Our primary shipping service is Courier (for Products) and through Air (for Pets).
• Orders are delivered according to the date we agree mutually (varies according to the mode of transportation also)
• We do allow pickups from our place at Chennai on request.
• The weight and dimensions of the order once packed to be dispatched determine the shipping charges. Shipping charges are collected from the clients to the actual.
